Folks,

This is a reminder that tonight at 6PM this evening Lori Kemp stands before Judge Spofford in a case that will determine whether your town will defend its citizens against developers or if developers have "special" rights not afforded to you and me.

6 PM at the Carmel Town Hall
McAlpin Avenue, Mahopac
Off Croton Falls Road just south of the intersection with Route 6. (turn at the firehouse)

Come early since parking is difficult and we do not know where on the agenda Ms. Kemp will be. It is possible we'll have to sit around for a few hours so come prepared for that.

Tomorrow, a special report on a proposed $3,000,000 taxpayer handout to Paul Camarda.

Stay tuned!

Jeff
