As the Ball Turns

NY State Senator Greg Ball whose Senate bill specifically allows hydro-fracking in NY is asking Green Party members in the new 40th SD to write his name in on the Green Party line during the primary on Thursday. His excuse is that he opposes fracking when it's clear he is in complete and absolute support of the issue.

On the other hand, Jeff Green, an actual Green Party member with a long and proven history of progressive and environmental activism, is asking Greens to ignore Ball's duplicity and write his name in to maintain the line and to send a message to those who would pull the wool over our eyes for the sake of politics.

If you know any Green Party members who live in the towns of, Pawling, Beekman, Patterson, Carmel, Southeast, Cortlandt, Yorktown, Somers, North Salem, Lewisboro, Pound Ridge, New Castle and Mount Pleasant, pass this on to them and ask them to write in, "Jeff Green" (a real Green Party member and a genuine nice guy) on Thursday and let's tell Senator Ball that he's either with us - for real - or not. Clearly, he's not.
