In a nutshell:
The man in charge of the New York State Commission designed to find a solution to rising property taxes, Thomas Suozzi, claimed that after a year of investigation and study and working with politicians in Albany, that he was not aware of Kevin Cahill's bill which would shift the burden from property to income.
It's so amazing that I stood at the microphone speechless when he asked me, "What is this Cahill Model?"
